In this episode, I talk about a client who wanted to be released from rehab after a two month stay. The client had a power of attorney but was unhappy with that individual as well her attorney who had originally drawn up the power of attorney statement. To make a change in her legal team, she turned to her financial advisor, someone she trusted, who recommended New York Financial Organizers to serve as her power of attorney. Her story gets more complicated because of the stipulations in her earlier power of attorney which we amended.
